Dark roast coffee

Well through second crack, oily and bittersweet, tasting more of the roast than of the farm. This is the band that holds the styles people name: Vienna, then French, then Italian at the darkest end. Those names are not standardised, so we place a coffee by what the roaster states rather than by the label.
