Coffee from one country, often one farm or cooperative, which means it tastes of somewhere rather than of a recipe. It changes with the harvest, and that is the point. These reward filter brewing, where there is nothing to hide behind, and they are where a roaster naming the farm, the process and the altitude earns its sourcing score.
